Siemens´ Financial Services division (SFS) has received from Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Services (FAS) the approval required to close the acquisition of ZAO DeltaLeasing, first announced on December 16, 2010. The acquisition was completed on February 22, 2011. DeltaLeasing, previously managed by Delta Private Equity Partners in Russia, provides SFS with an additional large player operating in asset financing in one of the most promising emerging markets.

“Together with the management team of DeltaLeasing we will be further expanding the company’s core business while helping Siemens’ Sectors to develop financing options for both existing and new customers.
